  Der Stellplatz von Dorit und Armin ist großartig: man hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht und steht für sich allein. Wir haben ein wundervolles Wochenende verlebt. Dorit und Armin sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber und ausgesprochen nett. Mehr geht nicht! 😀 Danke für Alles!

• We were blown away by the magnificent view. Then there were the friendly hosts, Dorit surprised us with red and white grapes from their own vines. Unfortunately, the daytime temperature made it difficult for us, which made long hikes impossible. As compensation, a pleasantly light breeze went through the open roof tent windows at night. Apart from the sounds of nature, we could not hear any disturbing noises. Even the night made us rave about this place. We will come back to enjoy the scenic scenery and views. Thank you for the hospitality and see you soon…

• This really pretty place is located directly on a field with probably the most beautiful widest view you can imagine. The sunset is absolutely phenomenal. The hosts, Dorit and Armin, are two kind-hearted people who were greeted with a pack of freshly laid eggs from their own chickens. The chickens had just had chicks 10 days ago, very cute and of course a joy for the children. To the place: At first glance, Duchroth looks like a sleepy little village of 500 souls, from which we actually didn't expect much and only wanted to stop for one night in transit. When we arrived, however, Armin gave us the tip that there would be an after-work party at a winery in the village in the evening. We thought we could have a look. By chance we didn't end up at the after work party, but at a 79th birthday party, where we were immediately welcomed and fully integrated as complete strangers. Impressed by this experience, we immediately extended the night in order to consolidate our new acquaintances even further the next day at the right after-work party. We'll definitely be back, no later than the 80th of course 😊

  Unfortunately, we were only there for one night in transit, but we will definitely be back again. A beautiful view with a great sunset and beautiful surroundings. But the best thing was the warm welcome from our hosts and of course the eggs for breakfast. Thank you 😍

  Hello, we stayed on the pitch for one night. You stand alone with a great view over the whole valley. Very quiet, you don't hear anything at night except for nature. Very friendly welcome and helpful! We felt totally comfortable.

• After being warmly welcomed by the hosts, we had a very nice stay. The views of the Nahe valley, the surrounding hilly landscape and the distance are spectacular and really impressive. The vastness and openness makes you feel like you are in a vacation spot that usually requires traveling far away. Due to the orientation to the west, you can look directly into the setting sun in the evening, which is a wonderful way to end the day. For people who are looking for nature, peace and relaxation, the pitch is an ideal location. Unfortunately we were only here for one night and one day. The next time we stay longer and explore the area. Clear recommendation from us!
