About the site

Our small farm is idyllically located right on the Mittelland Canal, surrounded by fields and farms in northern Münsterland / Tecklenburger Land. From here you can start hiking straight away, you will find hiking trails right on our doorstep. Swim in the canal or go on endless bike rides. Climbing areas and the Teutoburg Forest with the start of the Herrmannsweg and the Teutoschleifenweg network are very close by. The Münsterland and Tecklenburgerland invite you to visit countless castles, palaces and country estates. Osnabrück, Münster and the beautiful town of Tecklenburg can be reached very quickly by car. Here you can hear the owl calling at night and if you are lucky, deer will be outside your window in the morning. Thanks to a large bird sanctuary near us, our garden is also a playground for all kinds of bird species. We have our own orchard and farm chickens. You can buy our own farm products (eggs, honey, fruit) from us depending on the season and availability. Bakeries and village shops are nearby. On request, we offer yoga lessons and sound journeys with our own yoga teacher. Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde, selbst bei regnerischen Herbstwetter. Mit frischen Brötchen, die Olaf ans Auto hängt, kann man entspannt in den Tag starten. Ruhe und ländlicher Idylle laden zu Spaziergängen nicht nur entlang des Mittellandkanals ein. Toller Platz. Wir kommen gerne wider 😊

Súper ruhiger Stellplatz, quasi keine Nebengeräusche von Autos usw. Das Ambiente bei untergehender Sonne ist einladend. Eine kleine Sitzecke draußen lädt zum Verweilen ein, toller Platz. Einzige Ausnahme: direkt neben dem Stellplatz fließt gar nicht so leise ein Bächlein. Im Auto kein Problem, im Dachzelt oder normalen Zelt schon wahrnehmbar. Olaf als Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und ermöglichte für meine Kids den Zugang zu seinen Hühnern. Danke dafür!
