Hello, I'm Berit L.

Hi, I'm Berit and I'm traveling through Europe with my partner Jarmo and our young dog Lumi. We love the freedom of travel, nature, beautiful places by the water, and genuine encounters with people. We usually travel by car with a rooftop tent and prefer a relaxed and uncomplicated style. In the evenings, we enjoy sitting together over a good meal, reading, taking in the scenery, or planning the next leg of our journey. Professionally, I come from the arts and culture sector, but I've also worked in the social sector. That's why I'm often interested in the stories behind places and the people who live there. Our dog Lumi is still young and rather reserved around strangers, but she is calm and usually just stays close to us. We treat the places we visit with respect and leave them as we would like to find them ourselves. We look forward to getting to know new places and discovering a piece of France through the eyes of its hosts.
