Enjoy pure nature near the Dutch border from €22.10 per night

Vreden is a small town with around 24,000 inhabitants near the Dutch border. Nature reserves, great cycling routes (tracking and mountain biking) are just a stone's throw away. The Zwillbrocker Venn, which is known for the northernmost natural breeding ground for wild flamingos, is on the Flamingo Route, for example. The 100 Castles Route is also very popular with cyclists. An off-road mountain bike route connects the neighboring village of Allstätte and the Dutch town of Endschede. You can also stroll through forests and enjoy nature on foot. A grocery store and a country house restaurant are only 3 km away. There is also the option of starting a canoe tour on the Berkel. An outdoor pool and tennis and public basketball courts can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Dutch towns of Endschede and Winterswijk are only about 19 km away.
