About the site
The location: Ideal for vehicles that are not too wide, the location is situated slightly uphill from the house. A single location to guarantee you privacy and peace, in the heart of nature. The land extends into a wooded area and down to a river below my property, which is accessible to you. The site is offered bare, without water or electricity. However, a rainwater tank is available. If I am on site, it is possible to run the electricity if you have an extension cord and do a small emergency laundry load. The surrounding area (less than 1 hour by car) - Organic market garden with a casual outdoor café on Wednesdays during the season (5 minutes) - Various local producers: honey, cheese, fish, butcher, bakery - Shops and restaurants in Le Thillot, Servance, Mélisey (15-20 min) - Washing machines at Intermarché (20 min) - Numerous activities: - Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the surrounding area, with several possible starting points from the house - Outdoor swimming pool/ horseback riding (23 min) - Various museums (mountain museum, high-altitude museum, nature center, etc.) - Various outdoor activities: ExplorGames treetop adventure course, Skiing

Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
