🌲 A STAY INSIDE NATURE Please note that check-ins are not possible between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, as this is my lunch break and I need to attend to other tasks. To avoid waiting times, please plan your arrival outside of these hours. It would also be helpful if you could send me a WhatsApp message with your name and estimated arrival time—this will help me better manage my schedule. Our property is a large private woodland and natural area, surrounded by mountains and extensive woodlands with cedars, pines, Canary pines, oaks and holm oaks. Our parking spaces are spacious and over 50 m² in size. They are located in different areas of the property and offer you peace, privacy, plenty of space and direct contact with nature. The entire property is fully fenced and equipped with surveillance cameras and permanent monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there is one thing we would like to make very clear before your arrival: THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL CAMPING SITE. We offer you the opportunity to stay overnight on a private property in a quiet natural environment and to experience nature as it truly is. If you are looking for a classic campsite with fully equipped pitches and all facilities on site, this is probably not the right place for you. However, if you are looking for peace, space, nature and a special experience, we would be delighted to welcome you. ________________________________________ 🏕️ THE PARKING SPACES Our parking spaces are over 50 m² in size and are distributed across different areas of the property. There is no specific size restriction for caravans, motorhomes or tents, provided that their setup is compatible with the conditions of the terrain. Around the main house there are level and very easily accessible areas available. The shaded areas are currently limited. However, in the more mountainous parts of the property, there are wooded and shaded areas that are accessible on foot. The pitches themselves do not have direct access to Wi-Fi, drinking water, or facilities for grey water and waste disposal. These services are available in the designated service and camping areas. ________________________________________ 💧 WATER & WIFI The following are available directly at the main building: • Wi-Fi • A drinking water source We also have two natural springs with drinking water where our guests can get water. We can prepare the following for you: PAELLA, STEWS AND OTHER SPECIALTIES If you wish, we can even cook right in front of you. In addition, we offer paella and cooking classes, so that eating together can become a special experience during your stay. ________________________________________ 🐕 PETS Pets are welcome. However, they must always remain on a leash and under the supervision of their owners. Guard dogs live on the property. Horses are also allowed to roam freely in certain areas. Our animals are calm and used to people, but we cannot guarantee their behavior towards other animals. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the owners to keep their pets under control throughout their stay. ________________________________________ 👨‍👩‍👧 CHILDREN & SAFETY The property is a natural environment and has various facilities related to keeping and caring for animals. Children must therefore always be supervised by an adult. In certain areas there are electric fences for animals which can cause injuries if touched. We offer guided horseback riding excursions for children, accompanied at all times by our guide. These must be booked in advance and are subject to a fee. ________________________________________ 🐎 OUR HORSES We have very large horses that are well-trained and used to being around people. They are good-natured animals. However, due to their size and strength, an experienced rider is required. Whether a guest is allowed to ride or touch a horse is always at the discretion of our staff and depends on their experience and the specific circumstances. For safety reasons, horses may not be ridden or handled without the presence of one of our staff members. This applies particularly outside of the designated and fenced areas. During the day and especially at night, it is quite common for various wild animals to cross the property. Among other things, you can observe: Wild boars, foxes, badgers, owls, wood pigeons, ducks, falcons, eagles and squirrels. Some bird species, including falcons and eagles, even nest in the surrounding area. This is neither a zoo nor an amusement park. It's real nature. You may encounter friendly and well-socialized dogs, cats, and occasionally chickens, geese, pigeons, or other birds. Our pitches are spacious, over 50 m², and are spread throughout different areas of the property, allowing you to enjoy privacy, peace and direct contact with nature. The entire estate is fenced around its perimeter and is equipped with security cameras and permanent surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But there is something we would like to make very clear before your arrival: THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL CAMPSITE. The experience we offer is that of staying on a private estate in a peaceful natural environment, enjoying nature as it really is. If you are looking for a traditional campsite, with fully equipped pitches and all facilities immediately at hand, this is probably not the right place for you. If, however, you are looking for peace, space, nature and a different kind of experience, we will be delighted to welcome you. ________________________________________ 🏕️ THE PITCHES Our pitches are over 50 m² and are distributed throughout different areas of the estate. There is no specific restriction on the size of caravans, motorhomes or tents, provided that their installation is compatible with the characteristics of the country. We have flat areas around the main house, with very easy access. Shaded areas are currently limited, although there are wooded and shaded areas in the more mountainous parts of the estate, accessible on foot. The pitches themselves do not have direct access to Wi-Fi, drinking water or facilities for disposing of gray water or waste. These services are available in the designated service and camping areas. ________________________________________ 💧 WATER & WI-FI Next to the main building we provide: • Wi-Fi • A drinking-water fountain We also have two natural springs providing drinking water, from which our guests can collect water. They are gentle animals, but because of their size and strength they require an experienced rider. Permission to ride or touch the horses is always at the discretion of our staff, depending on each person's experience and circumstances. For safety reasons, horses may not be ridden or handled without one of our carers present or outside the authorized fenced areas.
