About the site
My pitches are in "Im Ohl" near Usseln, a district of the well-known holiday resort of Willingen. Here I run my geo-information room on a voluntary basis, because I live directly in the "GeoPark Grenzwelten". Anyone interested in geology, fossils and gold deposits is just as welcome as active holidaymakers. As a GeoPark and nature park guide, I can give you some great recommendations. And now to the pitch: you and your motorhome are parked in heavenly peace on a partially gravelled area near the house. In my geo-information room there are washrooms with toilets and showers, which you can of course use if required, for a fee. Electricity is also available. My FOREST HUT is currently being converted. There are additional sleeping options here. You can simply ask about these when you send me a message. Building campfires 🔥 or lighting barbecues and hobo stoves is prohibited in the nature park or GeoPark. Spirit and gas stoves are permitted. 1 dog costs 10 euros extra per night. A very welcoming hostess of a wonderful place where guests lack nothing! Very well-designed with great bathrooms. Perfect starting point for hikes and exploring the area. We'd love to come back, thank you again!

A truly warm welcome! After having previously found a very poor spot, Renate welcomed us so warmly that we decided to stay longer. The area was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for excursions with or without a bike. A place to unwind. There's a very well-equipped village nearby, which I reached in less than 10 minutes by bike. We will definitely be back with our family.

Highly recommended! Renate is a warm hostess and offers every possible place to relax around her charming house, including a peaceful retreat under the old oak tree. A clean bathroom with a shower and plenty of recreational opportunities in the area round out the experience. The only downside is the poor cell phone reception. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Walter. I really enjoyed my time there.
