About the site
The property is located on the outskirts of Esens, a 6-minute bike ride from the forest. The nearest supermarket is just 3 minutes away. And the town center of the beautiful little North Sea town of Esens is only a 9-minute bike ride away. Bensersiel Beach is also a quick bike ride away. The residential building is empty, so it is no problem if someone wants to camp on the property to explore beautiful East Frisia. It's best to drive across the lawn in front of the house. There, it's protected from all sides and you have peace and quiet. Supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, and the train station are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The beach is a 15-20-minute bike ride or about 8 minutes by car. You are welcome to bring your dog, that is no problem. Arrival and departure can take place at any time. The vehicle should really be no bigger than a Pössl, but definitely no bigger. Otherwise, it will be difficult to get onto the property. Wastewater disposal is possible nearby (approx. 600-700m) at the Schützenplatz for a fee.

Site rules
I don't think there's a need to set up any big rules. The house is detached and not currently inhabited. So it's a quiet place to park for people who are looking for a cheap place to park for a few days. There's electricity at the house, but unfortunately no water.

Well-located campsite, close to the coast, with convenient amenities. Ideally located for exploring the area.

Super easy booking. When we arrived, we felt a bit out of place—an abandoned house with, unfortunately, no house number. After a brief chat with the (very nice) neighbors, we were reassured and were able to spend the night in peace, in the sheltered garden. It was admittedly a bit spooky, but it had a very special charm. We would come back. :)

Absolutely recommended! A beautiful place to enjoy nature and peace. I spent two nights here as a stopover in my car with a rear tent. Everything is easily accessible by bike. Gladly again..

This was our second time here. It's a great starting point for exploring the area by bike. Esens is also within walking distance. It's about 3 km to the city center. All the shops you need are within walking distance. We'll definitely be back.
