A former farmhouse in a quiet, secluded location on the outskirts of St. Peter – surrounded by nature, far from traffic, noise, and hustle and bustle. Our pitches are on the meadow with a beautiful view towards the Kandel mountain. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. On clear nights, you'll have a breathtaking starry sky – truly something special without light pollution. Since the parking spaces are on a meadow, the ground isn't always perfectly level. However, with leveling blocks and a little skill, everyone has managed to get their vehicle level so far. Our campsite is situated at an altitude of around 1000 meters. This means fresh air, beautiful open spaces, and often more pleasant temperatures, even in summer. Depending on the weather, however, it can get quite chilly in the evenings and at night. Official hiking trails start right from the farm. Ideal for hiking, cycling, Nordic walking, or scenic motorcycle tours through the Black Forest. Beautiful destinations for day trips include the Hirschbach Waterfalls (approx. 2.2 km) and the Zweribach Waterfalls (approx. 2.5 km). Everything is straightforward here: arrive, relax, and unwind. Depending on the pitch, there's little to no cell phone reception – perfect for many to get away from it all. If you need internet or want to make a phone call, you can connect to the Wi-Fi at the garage. A traditional inn serving classic German cuisine is about 1.8 km away. Shopping facilities are available in the village, about 6 km away. Dogs are welcome upon prior request. There are free-roaming dogs on the property, therefore a few clear rules apply. Please take your own rubbish with you and leave nature as you would like to find it yourself. A place for everyone who likes peace, nature and simplicity.
