About the site
In the heart of the Chiemgau region, not far from Salzburg, near Lake Königssee, and just outside Inzell, a small orchard next to an even smaller farmhouse in the Traun Valley welcomes guests. Conveniently located (and thus not as quiet as one might imagine in the countryside), with magnificent mountain views, nestled on the edge of the forest, and with direct access to hiking and biking trails (e.g., to the rustic Stoißeralm), we warmly welcome active or relaxed campers, rooftop tents, and camper vans (sorry, no RVs). Bayern says Griaß Di 😍 A tourist tax of 1.10 euros per guest and night applies ☀️

Nina is such a wonderful host. Always there when you need her, but never intrusive. Otherwise, the site is as described, making it a perfect place to stay. In the next village, there's a really good bakery and café, and the pub also shines with classic Bavarian food. The garden, full of apple trees, is perfect for a few extra days.
Beautiful place, perfect for excursions to the alpine pasture or the lake. We'd love to come back 😊

Beautiful garden with a clean toilet and washing facilities. Very friendly hosts and beautiful hiking opportunities in the area. Due to the direct location next to the highway, it's quite noisy, but quiet enough at night :)
The place and the hosts are a perfect match. The natural orchard and the old farmhouse (with toilet in the barn) have real charm, which host Sebastian takes care of. (great guy) Although the parking space is located directly on a country road, it is very quiet at night. The great hiking trails start right next door (50 meters). One, no, two thumbs up from us.
