About the site
Monte das Louzeiras is located near the Spanish border, between Seville (180 km) and Serpa (16 km) in the Serra Adiça, nestled in a 40-hectare olive grove with approximately 300-year-old trees and a vineyard. The farm also houses sheep, horses, dogs, cats, geese, chickens, peacocks, ostriches, and much more. We produce our wine in amphorae and oak barrels. In our shop, you will find, in addition to wine, olive oil, piri-piri, honey, olive oil cosmetics, vinegar, and flavored salts and oils. We are a family business with Swiss and Portuguese roots and welcome you from the end of February to the end of December. In our park/garden, we offer breakfast, petisco (local snacks), or even a barbecue evening. You are welcome to use the pool with terrace and the spacious terrace surrounded by orange trees. We are happy to serve our wines or other drinks at sunset. If you're a digital nomad or remote worker looking for a coworking space, then you've come to the right place. We offer comfortable workspaces with 4G internet and, if necessary, video meeting equipment and a screen. On the nearby Guadiana River, with its Pulo do Lobo gorge or the Alqueva, Europe's largest reservoir, you can explore the impressive landscapes by canoe or boat. The small village of Vale de Vargo is within walking distance. The small town of Serpa, where you can enjoy cultural events and visit museums, is a 30-minute drive away. It is considered the capital of Cante Alentejano, a traditional choral song of the region, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site since 2014.

Die Location ist wirklich richtig schön, man hat viel Platz, viele diverse Tiere, gutes Olivenöl und leckeren Wein. Der Ort lädt ein zum Entspannen und die Gastgeber sind so gastfreundlich, dass man sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlt. 🥰 Ich komme wieder.

Nur 5 Sterne-Bewertungen? Ich war etwas skeptisch. Aber was soll ich sagen - ich bin super glücklich, dass wir dennoch hier gehalten haben. Wir kamen ziemlich spät an, wurden dennoch sehr herzlich von Harald begrüßt, haben noch eine kurze Führung bekommen und sind dann direkt schlafen gegangen. Am nächsten Morgen war sofort klar, dass wir länger bleiben wollen. Es war der perfekte Ort für uns: Marc, seine Frau und Harald sind tolle Gastgeber. Die beiden Damen, die sich toll darum kümmern alles sauber zu halten, sind unglaublich zuvorkommend. Der Hof ist ein Traum. Es gibt super viele Tiere, ein Haupthaus und eine Bar an der ich tagsüber arbeiten durfte. Unser kleiner Sohn (2) konnte sich relativ frei auf dem Hof bewegen (gibt nen Pool ohne Zaun, daher immer mit nem Auge drauf). Ich könnte noch so vieles schreiben, denn aus geplant einer Nacht, sind 9 Nächte geworden. Ich denke, dass spricht für sich. Danke euch! Wir sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wirklich tolle Gemeinschaft. Super schöner Platz unter den Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit weiteren Campern an einer gemütlichen Bar mit Marc und Team. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Marc spricht sogar Deutsch, was die Kommunikation nochmal sehr erleichtert hat. Der BBQ Abend mit allen Campern war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und man konnte sich mit vielen Menschen aus unterschiedlichsten Nationen austauschen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder:)
