For groups: max 6 people, exceptionally 8, privacy shower and toilet not adapted. Large families 8 or 10 people, should not pose too many problems, except for the quantity of solar hot water available. In general there will be only you on the ground, except July and August when it is possible that for a night or two you will have to share with traveling vacationers. In all cases no more than 6 people who do not know each other. Example: 3 independent couples, or 1 family of 4 and a couple passing through, ... . Sorry for the campers the land is not accessible by vehicle, for some vans, it is possible to park on our parking lot between the house and garage (if it goes through the alley, width: 2.60 m in a slight curve) only a staircase or a passage will separate you from the land. It's not great, but possible if you only use the van to sleep. It's up to you!!! you have been warned. The equipment A large hard arbor with: barbecue, 80 liter fridge, microwave, gas, cupboard for storing dishes and food, (solar hot and cold water sink), table, chairs, toilet, solar "beach" shower. (naturism tolerated). A "mini tourist office" cabin allowing you to store your equipment with a small sink "without hot water", a microwave, a table and a single extra bed. Electricity: 300w max "self-production" and internet available throughout the grounds. At the inhabitant's: (Shower if no sun, washing machine, or other ..., Ask me). Private parking for a car and trailer, (vans, the alley is narrow and a municipal parking lot is 50 m away). Animals accepted, from mice to horses (parking and fodder possible, stable ask me a little in advance). A Nordic bath is available after authorization from me, (temperature and hygiene of the water). Activities in the surrounding area, 15 km radius. SNCF and all types of shops in town 7 km away (no more public transport between the land and the city since recently), motorway 4 km away, Italy 18 km away via the Fréjus tunnel.
