About the site
We have a spot at our house with access to the lake, just 100 meters away! You can use the garden for relaxing, and you can park your car in our parking lot.

Site rules
Make yourself at home and take advantage of the lake right outside your door, which you have access to 24/7. Our driveway is a bit tricky, so it's not suitable for motorhomes. The best way is to reverse down and park right at the edge of the driveway, or drive in forward and back out, then park right next to the neighbor. Our garden is always the best place to spend time, which you can access directly via the small entrance. You have direct access to the hiking trail around the lake, as well as to the swimming pool. It can get noisy here during the day during peak summer season, but otherwise it's relatively quiet. We have chickens and a tomcat, so no dogs or other animals are allowed.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
