Our small farm is idyllically situated directly on the Mittelland Canal, surrounded by fields and farms in the northern Münsterland/Tecklenburg region. From here, you can set off on hikes immediately; trails start right at our doorstep. Swim in the canal or enjoy endless bike rides. Climbing areas and the Teutoburg Forest, with the start of the Hermannsweg trail and the Teutoschleifen network of hiking trails, are very close by. The Münsterland and Tecklenburg regions invite you to visit countless castles, palaces, and country estates. Osnabrück, Münster, and the beautiful town of Tecklenburg are all easily accessible by car. At night you can hear the hooting of the tawny owl, and if you're lucky, deer might be standing outside your window in the morning. Thanks to a large bird sanctuary nearby, our garden is also a playground for all kinds of birds. We have our own orchard and free-range chickens. Depending on the season and availability, you can purchase our farm products (eggs, honey, fruit). Bakeries and village shops are nearby.
