About the site
The property is approximately 3 km from the sea and approximately 1 km from the Santa Monica racetrack, better known as the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, which can be reached on foot. The area is very quiet. The center of Misano Adriatico is about 4 km away, where you'll find supermarkets and various shops. The city of Riccione is about 6 km away, while Cattolica is about 5 km away. It's perfect if you have bikes: there's a bike path that leads to the sea. It's also ideal for those who want to explore the hills of the Romagna hinterland. The land is flat and shaded, as you can see in the photos. Drinking water and a shared refrigerator/freezer are available to guests. Less than 1 km away there is a bar/restaurant where you can make reservations or have dinner.

Sehr schöne ruhige lage. Die Leute vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeglichen Hinsichten. Wir können den Platz nur weiterempfehlen Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
