About the site
The Sommerlaune is a former 3,000m² orchard that I am currently bringing back to life. It is large and largely natural, with a beautiful shady spot under a majestic oak tree. A notable feature is the breathtaking view of the starry sky. Thanks to its location on the edge of the Westhavelland Star Park, it is particularly dark, so you can admire the Milky Way and count the shooting stars as you fall asleep. The neighborhood is quiet, with a few dairy cows grazing in the pastures opposite. The transport links are excellent, as the train station is only about 3 minutes away. The nearby town of Nennhausen impresses with a beautiful castle and an idyllic castle pond. There are also wonderful bathing lakes in the surrounding villages. Another highlight are the great bustards, which feel particularly at home here. With a bit of luck, you can observe these impressive birds on a walk along the meadows. The nature reserves are also home to many rare bird species, and there are great observation towers nearby. In the evening, with a bit of luck, you can even enjoy a visit from fireflies.

Pets, campfires, barbecues, etc. are not a problem. (Please observe fire safety regulations) Since neighbors also live here and the nature reserve is in the immediate vicinity, noise should be avoided and loud parties are not permitted. You must dispose of any garbage yourself.

A very beautiful, quiet spot in beautiful nature. I spontaneously stayed a second night. Top-notch 5G from Telekom, for anyone who has to work! 😉
Excellent communication! Marc B provided very good directions and his phone number (which I didn't need). The meadow itself is beautiful and quiet; I had a very restful night. Highly recommended! 👍
A very beautiful, idyllic spot. Access is easy. The pitches are also fairly level; we didn't need any wheel chocks. Nice grass on the ground and there are also shady spots. A railway line runs next door, which rattles a bit at night when you're sleeping in your tent and the freight train roars by. Otherwise, a great place for self-sufficient camping. Communication with Marc was also very easy and helpful. We'll definitely be back. :)

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
