About the site
Our farm with its huge plot of land is located in a secluded location between the Elde and Alte Elde rivers. You can choose where you want to sit: in the orchard between apple, cherry and plum trees, under the huge old linden trees with a view of the meadow and reeds, or by firs, linden trees, beeches and magnolias with a wild rose pavilion as an "awning" for your bus. Don't be alarmed if a deer looks in through the window in the morning. It's important for you to know: we are in the middle of nature and close to bodies of water. In addition to the romantic animals such as deer, rabbits, foxes and our chickens, sheep and cats, there are also mosquitoes, other insects and creepy crawlies. So don't forget mosquito spray and, if needed, your allergy medication. The surrounding area is ideal for long walks, bike rides and hikes. If you need a clean toilet or a hot shower, you can use a bathroom in the house after a short prior arrangement. If required, electricity can be obtained via a cable drum (0.70€ / kWh).

As we are in the middle of nature, please behave considerately (don't leave rubbish lying around, put cigarette butts in the ashtray, be nice to the animals) For guests with dogs: -There are many wild animals in the immediate vicinity, chickens, ducks and cats that run free, as well as fenced-in sheep. If your dog is to run free later, he must be able to be called back and always kept in sight. -Please be so kind as to put your dog on a leash when you arrive. -Please dispose of dog poop on the property. Before you take photos or other images of or on our property, especially those that are to be posted or published in any way, please ask us first if this is okay.
