Our farm with a huge property is in a secluded location between the rivers Elde and Alte Elde. You have free choice of place: on the orchard between apple , cherry and plum trees , under the huge old linden trees with a view of the meadow and reeds or on fir , linden , beech and magnolia trees with a wild rose pavilion as an "awning" for your bus. Don't be alarmed if a deer looks in through the window in the morning. Important for you to know: We are in the middle of nature and close to water. In addition to the romantic animals such as deer , rabbits , foxes and our chickens , sheep and cats , there are also mosquitoes , other insects and crawling animals. So don't forget mosquito spray and , if needed , your allergy medicine. The area is ideal for long walks , bike rides and hikes. If a clean toilet or a hot shower is needed , a bathroom in the house can be shared after a short prior arrangement. If necessary , electricity can be obtained via a cable drum. (€0.70 / kWh).

We reserve the right to expel people immediately if there is racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory behavior or if corresponding symbols/content are displayed, e.g. on the car or on clothes. Since we are in the middle of nature, please be considerate (do not leave rubbish lying around, butts in the ashtray, be nice to the animals) For guests with dogs: -There is a dog in the yard. -There is wildlife, chickens and cats that roam freely, as well as fenced in sheep. If your dog is to run free later, it must be available and always kept in view. - Be so kind and leash your dog on arrival. - Please dispose of dog poo on the property. Make photos: Our privacy is important to us. Before you take photos or other images of or on our property, especially those that are to be posted or published in any way, please ask us first if this is okay.
Cancellation policy
- If canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival, 80% of the nightly rate will be refunded by the supplier.
- If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, 40% of the overnight stay will be refunded by the provider.
- If canceled on the day of arrival, 10% of the accommodation amount will be refunded by the provider.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time here. Jana was a super nice hostess and even prepared the fireplace for us. The place is recommended, we felt comfortable.

Jana welcomed us very friendly, renting us two bikes for a smaller trip was more than we expected. Likewise, the beautiful evening by the fire with beer and interesting conversations was worth taking the trip on. The area is super nice and corresponds perfectly to the description with the romantic animals (and yes also the mosquitoes) that cross your path :) absolutely recommendable and gladly again!
