About the site
Fenced property with meadows, trees and bushes. The property is located on a small river that can be navigated by canoe/paddle boat towards Leipzig city center. Forest and floodplain landscape, ideal for hiking. Cospudener See can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Very nice bike tours around the Neuseenland and surrounding area. Belantis family park nearby. Cozy restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area 200 m away. On the property there is a small half-timbered house with a cannon stove, corner bench, table and large TV that can be shared. I can provide an additional sleeping place in a Finnish hut. From April to October the access to the property is blocked with a barrier that is opened with a hand-held transmitter. Please contact us before arrival to hand over the transmitters.

Sehr idyllischer, kleiner Stellplatz, fußläufig an der Leipziger Seen-Landschaft. Hier hat man alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Grundstück ist durch Tor und Hecke / Zaun geschützt, so dass man (außer Fuchs und Waschbär 😍) keine unliebsamen Besucher zu befürchten hat. Strom, Frischwasser, Entsorgung, WC und Außendusche mit schön heißem Wasser, hinten am Fluss mit gemütlicher Feuerstelle, kleiner, schön eingerichteter Aufenthaltsraum, wenn das Wetter mal doof ist und zu guter Letzt ein herzlicher und stets hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben spontan noch einen Tag dran gehängt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, lieber Thomas! 🍀

Ein geräumiger Stellplatz direkt am Fluss und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hundestrand vom Capeluner See mit der lässigen Beach Lounge. Thomas ist immer da, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. In der Zwischenzeit gibt es zusätzlich zur Solardusche eine überdachte und sichtgeschützte Aussendusche mit warmem Wasser. Ein bisschen Dschungelcamp-Gefühl vor den Toren Leipzigs und mitten in Kleingartenanlagen. 👍

Ein schöner Platz mit allem, was es braucht und angenehm macht: Strom, Frischwasser, Toilette, Dusche und sogar mit der Möglichkeit gekühlte Getränke günstig zu kaufen. Thomas ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und so gut wie immer vor Ort und ansprechbar.wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prima gelegener, sehr schöner Stellplatz um Leipzig und seine Seenlandschaft zu erkunden. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, Thomas ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Dankeschön Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt sehr darauf!
