About the site
We live on the outskirts of Cologne, directly adjacent to a playground, park, fields, and meadows. We're within walking distance of public transportation. It takes about 25 minutes by train to Cologne city center, and about 40 minutes by bike. The "Mediterana" wellness oasis is within cycling distance, as is a new wakeboarding and waterskiing facility with a swimming lake. A climbing hall and a great swimming pool are also within a 5km radius. The parking space is in our driveway, directly in front of the house. Out of consideration for us and our friendly neighbors, no camping behavior (putting out chairs, playing music, etc.) is permitted. We see the site purely as an overnight spot for self-contained vans and panel vans up to 6 meters long. It's ideal for a short visit to Cologne. Use of our warm outdoor shower, water, or electricity upon request. Bicycles are also available upon request. We have two dogs and 4 cats 😊

Please do not put out chairs or otherwise make yourself comfortable in front of the bus when the weather is nice. We don't want to upset our neighbors. The park with benches is 20 meters from our house. Please do not make any noise after 9:30 p.m. This is a very quiet residential area.

A very friendly welcome from Britta. A quiet parking space just outside the city gates, right next to the house. A tram stop is within walking distance. From there, it's about 30 minutes to the center of Cologne. Perfect for a short trip. We'll definitely be back.
