The natural meadow on the edge of town, nestled among the vineyards with views over the Rhine Valley, belongs to our Mett & Weidenbach winery, located 800 meters away. A small fire pit (please observe the current forest fire danger index) and a covered seating area are available. Four chickens (no rooster) live on the meadow with you, and the residence of our senior residents and our winery's barn are located right next to the pitch. Enjoy a relaxing glass of wine while watching the sunset over the vineyards! A small selection of our wines is available for purchase on-site. And be sure to visit our winery's wine shop in the heart of Nieder-Ingelheim. Here, you can discover our high-quality wines during a tasting in our charming courtyard or in the wine shop and immerse yourself in the Rheinhessen way of life! While there are no water or waste disposal facilities directly at the campsite, there's plenty of nature all around and lots to discover in the surrounding area. Please ensure you have a toilet, water, and, if needed, electricity on board, as these are not available on site. Numerous hiking trails and cycling routes through the rolling hills of Rheinhessen are right on your doorstep, and the district town of Ingelheim always offers a variety of cultural activities. A grocery store and an organic market are within walking distance. Approximately 2 km from our meadow there is a public motorhome parking area with fresh water supply and wastewater disposal facilities.
