About the site
A warm hello and welcome to our garden directly on the shores of Lake Fleesensee! Forget your everyday life and relax – right on Lake Fleesensee in our large, secluded garden. Just a 5-minute drive from the A19 motorway between Berlin and Rostock and the island town of Malchow, our small, fine house on the lake with a large garden is located right in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Surrounded by wildlife, meadows, forests and fields. We invite you to simply relax in the garden, swim in the lake, go fishing, row or cycle, and enjoy the wilderness—here you can do (almost) everything and more! We look forward to seeing you! In total, we offer space in our garden for three campers, whether with a motorhome, caravan, van or tent. You will find a shower room with toilets and sinks just a few steps away from the pitches. Power connections are also available for you. We ourselves are absolute dog lovers, so we have two large (but very cuddly) dogs who, of course, also run around the garden and will certainly cross your path when you visit. Nature and sustainability play a major role in our lives, and with that comes hunting. My partner and I are passionate hunters and cordially invite you to enjoy a wonderful stay in our garden as well as unique experiences and insights into the care and maintenance of our native wildlife. We are happy to share our knowledge, which is why we also have a hunting school on our property. But enough of the long words. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night with Henriette and her superbly beautiful farm. The property is simply heavenly, really spacious with its own private boat dock. The dogs that live there are very sweet and love to play with you. Henriette is a wonderful host. We plan to stay with you again! Best, Diana and Christof

A very easy-going site with friendly people. The restrooms are fine, but the water contains a lot of iron, which makes it smell a bit unpleasant. The lake is about 100 meters away—quickly accessible on foot, even if you're not directly on the water. It can get a bit noisy in the evenings, depending on the number of hunting students on the property. Overall, though, it's a nice spot with a relaxed atmosphere.

What a place: right on Lake Fleesensee, surrounded by nature, with a fabulous view. Simply stunning. Thank you, dear Henriette, for letting us stay with you and for your hospitality. 5 stars are unfortunately not enough. 😊

Henriette was super friendly and the Fleesensee was beautiful and clear. Fishing is possible but a bit weedy and shallow. The highlight were the two lovely dogs who visited us regularly. We parked our car behind the house, right next to the busy bike path. The lake is about 200 meters away. Unfortunately, we didn't have a direct view of it from our parking spot. The iron-rich water did clog the shower a bit, but showering was possible without any problems and the water was usable for cooking and drinking. To wash the dishes we use the sink in the entrance. A railway line is right next door, and the first trains pass by at 6:30 a.m. Since we have an unguarded level crossing here, they always sounded a warning signal. We were camped here with two other campers and had plenty of space. Electricity was also available if needed.

A wonderful spot! I just signed up for VanSite Plus a few days ago, and this was my first booking. A huge garden with a private beach. Walks and bike rides are possible directly from the site. And in the summer, it must be even better, if you like swimming, for example. Definitely worth it.
