About the site
Meadow on the grounds of the historic villa. Welcome to the filming location of many television productions. Please be sure to read the rules in full, as they also list a few booking conditions. Acknowledgment of the rules must be confirmed in writing in one sentence when booking (e.g.: I accept the rules of the campsite, which I have read). Thank you. (We also speak English, Dutch and Spanish) Ideal for day trips to Cologne. From here you can easily explore the city of Cologne with all its sights. For example, the Cologne Cathedral, a world heritage site, exciting sites from Roman times to the present day, or the old town with its narrow streets and breweries. For football fans: The very nice clubhouse of 1. FC Köln with restaurants, fan shop and training pitches is only about 1km away in the nearby park. The Cologne city limits are only about 500m away and the Cologne-Klettenberg motorway junction is about 1 km away. By bus (stop 100m away) or tram (stop 500m away), you can quickly reach the center of Cologne. Even by bike, it's only 5 minutes into the city, although I personally wouldn't recommend it unless you're used to city traffic. Electricity is provided at €0.50 per kWh. Water is provided at €1 per 100 liters (or part thereof). If you need to quickly restock your supplies, you'll find plenty of shopping options within a 500-meter radius (Aldi, Lidl, Penny, REWE, a Turkish supermarket, bakeries, and more). And if you don't have the time or inclination to cook in a hurry, there are also a few restaurants nearby, ranging from Asian to Cologne-style to fast food. - Barbecues and campfires only with the hosts, if possible. - Please no loud music etc. on the pitch. - Electricity and water can be purchased at cost. Please let us know. - Not a party location for bachelor parties etc. - From 10 p.m. onwards, normal night-time quiet is to be observed; please behave in such a way that you do not disturb the neighbors. - Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed to roam freely around the grounds and must be kept on a leash. However, there are plenty of parks nearby where your four-legged friends can run around to their heart's content. Dog waste must be removed immediately. - If filming happens to take place on the premises during your stay (during the day), so this must be taken into account. - Maximum length of motorhome: 9m. Maximum height: 3.1m. - Caravans up to 7.6m including drawbar. An additional €10.00 per night is payable locally for the towing vehicle. - The parking space is on the paved path. Turning around on the grass is not permitted. Please either reverse out or reverse right back in. This has never been a problem. - No same-day bookings possible. Booking requests must be made at least by 12 noon the day before. - Bookings are accepted a maximum of 6 months in advance. - Only bookings that include the vehicle registration number, vehicle type and a telephone number will be accepted. - No more than 4 consecutive nights can be booked directly. Additional nights are only available by prior arrangement. - Maximum 4 people. - Arrival from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (but we are usually flexible; please arrange by phone if necessary). Departure by 11 a.m. - No arrival on Sundays and public holidays.

Da der Platz ideal gelegen ist, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt noch um eine weitere Nacht verlängert.

Wir waren für einen geschäftlichen Termin in Köln hier und fanden den Stellplatz sehr praktisch: die Innenstadt ist problemlos mit Bus und Straßenbahn erreichbar. Der Platz liegt vorstädtisch, ist ruhig, sicher und abschließbar. Marcus war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir nicht genug Zeit, um das sonstige Angebot vor Ort zu nutzen, was sicher interessant gewesen wäre. Kurzum: Für einen Besuch in Köln ist der Platz ideal.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf dem Platz von Marcus! Die Lage ist, für Hürth/ Großstadtnähe, angenehm ruhig und perfekt geeignet auch für größere Fahrzeuge – man hat richtig viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die entspannte und sichere Atmosphäre vor Ort. Markus ist ein super sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Ein echtes Highlight: Strom und Wasser werden fair und transparent nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch zum Selbstkostenpreis abgerechnet – das findet man selten und ist absolut vorbildlich! Vielen Dank, Marcus, für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Stellplatz und sehr netter Kontakt. Mann steht abseits der Straße in einer Einfahrt und kann das Tor abschließen, was einem mehr Sicherheit gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
