About the site
From now on, we will donate 1 Euro per overnight stay to NABU. Our small farm is idyllically situated directly on the Mittelland Canal, surrounded by fields and farms in the northern Münsterland/Tecklenburg region. From here, you can set off on hikes immediately; trails start right at our doorstep. Swim in the canal or enjoy endless bike rides. Climbing areas and the Teutoburg Forest, with the start of the Hermannsweg trail and the Teutoschleifen network of hiking trails, are very close by. The Münsterland and Tecklenburg regions invite you to visit countless castles, palaces, and country estates. Osnabrück, Münster, and the beautiful town of Tecklenburg are all easily accessible by car. At night, you can hear the hooting of the tawny owl, and if you're lucky, deer might be standing outside your window in the morning. Thanks to a large bird sanctuary nearby, our garden is also a playground for all kinds of birds. We have our own orchard and free-range chickens. Depending on the season and availability, you can purchase our farm products (eggs, honey, fruit). Bakeries and village shops are nearby. On request, we offer private yoga sessions (€50 for 1-3 people), sound massages (€49 for 60 minutes), and sound journeys (€50 for 1-3 people). We offer green electricity Organic eggs from our hens (rare and old breeds) for sale A toilet tent with a composting toilet can be booked on request and subject to availability (€7). Guests without a toilet on board must book this separately. Please request/send a message if you require one.

We live surrounded by nature and have several protected animals living on our property. Among other things, deer roam freely on our land. Please treat these animals with respect and keep a close eye on your dogs. Furthermore, we want to offer our guests the greatest possible peace and relaxation. Please refrain from noise, loud music, partying, or similar behavior. Thank you for your understanding.

Der am Wochenende doch etwas laute Stellplatz, da viele andere Gäste vor Ort, da Ferien und Rasen mähender Nachbar die Idylle trübten, war ab Sonntag Mittag Ruhe und Erholung angesagt. Feldhase und Rehe kommen tatsächlich bis an den Stellplatz, hier konn man sehr gut Wandern, Radeln, SUP im Kanal fahren und der Hund kam auch auf seine Kosten. Olaf und seine Frau sind sehr gute und freundliche Gastgeber und kümmern sich um alles was man braucht. Zur absoluten Entspannung haben wir noch eine Klangschalenmassage genossen, die wir nur empfehlen können. Eine Stunde Klänge und Vibrationen erleben, Abschalten in sehr schöner Atmosphäre und perfekt zelebriert. Für uns ein toller Platz den wir auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen werden.

5 Sterne für diesen wunderbaren Stellplatz und das besondere Ambiente am Mittellandkanal. Dieser Stellplatz wird von zwei wirklich netten Menschen mit viel Liebe und großer Gastfreundschaft betrieben. Herzlicher Empfang, bei Problemen hilfsbereit und für ein nettes Pläuschen unter Campern zu haben 😉 Danke für eine tolle Auszeit und dass ihr mit so viel Herzblut dabei seid. Gerne buche ich euren Stellplatz mal wieder.
Ein sehr schöner, zentraler Platz, um mit dem Fahrrad z.B. nach Recke zu fahren, oder einfach mal am Kanal entlang zu radeln! Trotz regnerischem Wetter und etwas weichem Boden, haben wir 2 Nächte sehr gut gestanden! Wir kommen bestimmt im Sommer nochmal wieder und genießen hier die Gastfreundschaft und die frischen Eier.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
