Austria Carinthia 9170 Ferlach Laak. Secluded location and exclusive area for you and your family / friends. You book the entire 1 / 2 hectare flat meadow with trees , bushes , tipi , natural pond with footbridge and beautiful clear stream for swimming and hand water pump without other campers. Naturism allowed. 3-4 parking spaces available , if you would like to arrive in a group , please contact us: *Asphalt parking lot is always accessible (parking space near the linden trees) *Meadow parking spaces can be used gently depending on consultation and weather conditions: 1. Meadow near the fire pit (access via asphalt parking lot , drive up to a maximum of 15m from the fire pit , level) 2. Meadow by the stream (access in front of the bridge , lift out the fence element , drive forward a maximum of 10m , level) 3. Meadow at the tipi (access in front of the tipi , drive forward a maximum of 15m , minimal incline) Access is flat and asphalt except for the last 200m of gravel road. Natural gem! Use your own toilet , 4 minutes drive to the Roz campsite with shower facilities etc. Large solid wooden table , chairs , lounger , benches and stand up paddle available as well as swing , tractor and cable car for the children. We travel a lot ourselves so there are no hidden costs.

Fire in the fireplace
Fire only in the fireplace , fire maximum 50cm high , always supervise , then extinguish correctly , fill a bucket or watering can with water in advance and have it ready , firewood 1 full bucket per day , bring or collect kindling / paper yourself. Only burn wood! Fire extinguisher is next to the front door of the house in case of emergencies.
Cancellation policy
- If canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival, 80% of the nightly rate will be refunded by the supplier.
- If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, 40% of the overnight stay will be refunded by the provider.
- If canceled on the day of arrival, 0% of the accommodation amount will be refunded by the provider.

Sehr schöner Platz, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es gab relativ viele Mücken, daher entsprechenden Mückenschutz verwenden. Das Wasser im Teich war sehr erfrischend.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature and birdsong! A fantastic place to switch off and just enjoy! Karl the host is incredibly accommodating and very very friendly, I look forward to coming back sometime! Absolutely to suggest! THANK YOU that places and people like this still exist! PS: Please don't leave any rubbish in nature and maybe even take some with you if you should find it somewhere in nature!
