About the site
There are several options: a bungalow, camping spots with a tent or for a 4x4, and space for a camper or motorhome on my property. There's a beautiful area by the river that's only accessible by 4x4; the rest is accessible to all vehicles. Services such as bathrooms and showers depend on whether the bungalow is available. The water is not potable.

The gate must remain closed at all times. The donkey's name is Milky and he is in his own home. The water is not drinkable unless otherwise indicated. The bathroom and shower facilities are located in the bungalow on the lower side of the property. If it is occupied, these facilities will not be available.

Very, very nice hosts. When we weren't sure where to go on the off-road trails, he came right over after a phone call to pick us up. The roads to the beautifully situated property are a bit adventurous with a larger and heavier van. On my next visit, I wouldn't drive directly onto the property, but would rather linger in a quiet and beautiful area in front. He even helped us find our way back to the road on the way back. We'd love to come back!

No reaction at all. We booked for the same day and the request was accepted automatically. But there was no reaction to our messages or our calls. We tried to get to the Place but arrived it too Late in the evening. As it was already dark we were only able to find a closed Gate. Not sure, of this so the right one we decided to Drive away again. The way to the Place was Not that easy with a Caravan. Overall, it was somehow our mistake that we tried to get here without any reaction and with an arrival later than accepted in the terms. But you cannot automatically accept requested without beeing able to react to messages or Calls, Even Not in the next days. As we missed to cancel in time, he even gets the Money
We stayed here for one night on our way to Portugal. Quiet and safe. The warm shower was especially nice. The highlight was the super cute donkey, Milky!

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
