About the site

In an ancient farmhouse from the 1400s , former hunting reserve of the Medici family , we offer outdoor space to travelers who want to visit the Valdarno while immersed in nature. Florence is 45 minutes away by car and the train station 15. The house is surrounded by greenery and to access it it is necessary to go down a short , slightly sloping slope. We offer a pitch for camper trailers (not too large) in our car park. Those who choose to stay in a tent will be able to sleep under the olive trees and see a beautiful sunset. If the weather permits and the pool is open , you can take a dip and cool off. For those who want to have a truly unique experience , it is possible to participate in the olive harvest in November. In the evening , if you feel like it , you are welcome to have a drink with us. In our house there are two female dogs , who get along with everyone , your dogs are welcome. Nearby it is possible to go horseback riding , trekking , visit the crags of the Valdarno , see country villages and taste good food and good wine. We are very keen on separate waste collection and respect for the environment , therefore we ask you to leave the pitches clean. We have great neighbors and we don't want to bother them too much , so we ask guests not to play loud music after 10pm. We are available for any of your curiosities , doubtful clarifications.
