About the site
The parking space is located on our property with a view of fruit trees, an open neighboring meadow, and tall trees in the background. There are no direct neighbors to the right or left; the other houses are mostly hidden behind hedges and greenery. We use the garden ourselves as a small oasis of peace and quiet, and during your stay we usually only come by occasionally to water the plants. In the mornings you'll mainly hear birds chirping and the rustling of the trees. A small above-ground pool can be used by arrangement. Since we are located close to the city, depending on the wind you can sometimes hear faint background noise from the road or tram - for us the small price to pay for being able to quickly be both in the countryside and in the middle of Berlin. We can also offer you electricity. Since the property is not fully fenced, it is unfortunately only partially suitable for dogs. The surrounding area is perfect for relaxed bike rides and short nature excursions. Beautiful routes towards Tegeler Fließ or along the Berlin-Usedom cycle path run nearby. At the same time, you can quickly get to the city: The tram is not far away and trips to Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) are also easily possible. The district itself offers shopping facilities as well as some smaller restaurants and cafes for everyday life or a relaxing evening.

In the evenings, we appreciate a quiet atmosphere and mutual consideration. Use of the property Please only use the designated areas of the property and treat the garden, plants and equipment with care. Sanitary facilities and waste disposal Since we do not offer sanitary facilities, the site is best suited for self-sufficient travelers. Please take your rubbish with you or dispose of it by prior arrangement. pool The small above-ground pool can be used by prior arrangement. dogs Since the property is not fenced, the area is unfortunately only partially suitable for dogs. Barbecues and fires Open fires are only permitted after prior arrangement. Small camping or gas grills are generally allowed, weather and safety permitting.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
