Located on the traditional grounds of the Bad Dürrenberg Canoe Club, we offer nature lovers, canoeists, cyclists and families the perfect retreat for a relaxing break. Here's what you can expect from us: A fantastic location right on the water: Pitch your tent directly on the banks of the Saale River or park your campervan with a view of the river. Direct access for boats and SUPs is of course available. Perfect location for active holidaymakers: The popular Saale cycle path passes directly by us (on the other side of the Saale river) – ideal for a stopover or as a base camp for tours in the region. Family atmosphere: As a campsite run by a sports club, we place great value on a warm, uncomplicated and fair coexistence. A very nice spot on the Saale River, well maintained by the club, and the contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. A large black dog came barking onto the property at night, which was a bit creepy... I'd gladly come again, without a dog...
