About the site
Parking space directly on the edge of the forest. The bathroom cannot be booked for this pitch!!! Compost toilet house is available. Garden sauna can be booked on site for 25,-€ (per day). Nearby are 3 Cameroon sheep and 20 chickens with 4 roosters! Electricity and fresh water are available. Waste water can be disposed of locally. Dogs welcome by arrangement. Barbecues and campfires are possible in the existing fire bowl by arrangement depending on the weather (risk of fire, short distance to the forest). For five euros you can get firewood for a nice evening. Ideal starting point for bicycle tours in the Odenwald. Babenhausen and its districts are connected to the German half-timbered road, there is a castle, a territorial museum and other sights. For more information: www.babenhausen.de. By train you can get to Darmstadt in 25 minutes, or to Aschaffenburg on the Main. Water sports are possible here.

With every visit to Andreas, this place becomes a little more beautiful. Once again, we had a wonderful time at his campsite. A place that truly offers everything a camper's heart desires.

Andreas is a very nice and friendly host. Always helpful, and you can have great conversations with him. The site is spacious, offers plenty of space, and is completely quiet (apart from the occasional rooster crowing and the galloping horses). However, if that bothers you, the natural grounds are not the right place for you. Water and electricity are available, and there's even a fire pit. You can purchase the necessary wood from Andreas. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful, quiet campsite with friendly neighbors (sheep, chickens, and horses). Andreas was a fantastic host. From booking, arrival, to departure, everything went smoothly and easily. We'd love to come back.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
