Site rules

We want our guests to feel comfortable, as well as our family, animals, and neighbors. Therefore, please observe these simple rules: 1. Arrival only after prior registration. Arrival is by prior booking or arrangement. The exact access route and parking space will be communicated after confirmation. 2. Maximum three vehicles at a time. Only the vehicles and persons listed in the booking details are permitted to arrive. Please inquire in advance about additional vehicles or overnight guests. 3. One night only. This space is intended as a simple transit parking area for one night. Extending your stay is only possible with prior approval. 4. Drive slowly and carefully. Access is via a private road. Please drive at walking speed, be aware of agricultural traffic, and do not block any roads, gates, driveways, or work areas. 5. Observe quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please refrain from loud music, parties, generators, idling engines, or other disturbing noises. 6. Respect privacy. The house, family area, stables, barn, machinery, and other farmyard areas are not freely accessible. Please remain in the designated parking area and use only the explicitly authorized areas. 7. Self-sufficient vehicles only. There is no electricity, running water, toilet, shower, or waste disposal facility. Toilets, grey water, and wastewater must not be emptied on the premises or in the surrounding area. 8. No open fires or barbecues. Fire pits, disposable grills, campfires, and fireworks are not permitted on the campsite. Please smoke only inside your vehicle and take all cigarettes with you. 9. Dogs are welcome – but must be kept under control. Please only bring dogs after prior arrangement. They must be supervised in the courtyard and at the pitch. Dog feces must be picked up and removed immediately. Family animals may not be fed or approached without permission. 10. Leave clean. Please take all your rubbish with you. Cigarettes, food scraps, diapers and liquids do not belong in nature or in yard containers. 11. No camping structures outside the vehicle. Awnings, porches, clotheslines, large gazebos, and permanently stored items may only be set up with prior approval. The site is primarily intended for overnight stays and not for extended periods. 12. No repairs or vehicle washing. Oil changes, repairs, washing and draining of fluids are not permitted on the premises. 13. Agriculture takes precedence. On a working farm, there may occasionally be agricultural work, noise, or vehicle movement. Please do not obstruct agricultural vehicles and follow the instructions of the hosts. 14. Safety and Damages. Please report any damage or unusual incidents immediately. We accept no liability for personal belongings or valuables. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children and other passengers. 15. Leave the campsite tidy. Please vacate the pitch by the agreed departure time, leave it clean, and keep the access road clear. The departure time will be communicated upon booking. By booking, guests confirm that they have read and will abide by these rules. In cases of serious or repeated violations, the stay may be terminated without a refund.
