Site rules
All year round: No fires are allowed on the property, with the exception of the barbecue by the pool, which may be used. Electricity is optional and available depending on the weather; for long-term rentals, it is available by arrangement. Washing machine, shower, and possibly also kitchen, can be used by arrangement. Families with children are very welcome, but children under 10 years of age or non-swimmers are only allowed at the pool when accompanied by an adult. Pets are allowed indoors, in the house area, by the pool and barbecue, provided they get along with our very sociable and friendly dog. Otherwise, in addition to the generally accepted rules of etiquette, the motto is live and let live. You can join us for shopping two to three times a week, then you can leave the camper van parked.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
