Terms of Use To ensure that all two- and four-legged guests can enjoy their stay safely, relaxed and pleasantly, we ask that you observe the following rules of use. 1. Check-in/Check-out Check-in and check-out are entirely self-service. The gate will be unlocked before your arrival and secured only with a chain and latch. I will not be present for your arrival or departure. Should you wish for a personal greeting or have any questions, please let me know in advance. If time allows, I will gladly come by in person. Please note in wet weather: After prolonged or heavy rainfall, the ground may be soft in places. If you do not have four-wheel drive, please do not park your camper on the slightly sloping area near the construction trailer, as the vehicle may have difficulty starting from there. The ground is generally firm in the rest of the area. 2. Important for your stay The pitch is suitable exclusively for self-sufficient campers. There is no electricity, fresh water, sanitary facilities, or waste disposal/motorhome disposal on site. An IBC container filled with rainwater is available for use. The area is divided into two sections by construction fences. You can open the outer fences and the middle fence to use the entire area. We will also be parking our caravan on the dog park, so don't be surprised – you will be completely alone. 3. Use of the site • The dog(s) must not be left unattended or alone on the premises. • No additional persons or dogs may be brought along without prior registration. • Entering and using the premises is at your own risk. • The premises may only be used within the scope of the booked use. • Training led by third parties (e.g., dog trainers, coaches, or other persons) is not permitted on the premises and is expressly prohibited. • No additional persons or dogs may be brought onto the premises without prior registration. • In very wet weather, the ground can be soft or muddy. Please adjust your use accordingly and avoid unnecessary damage to the grass. If you are driving a vehicle without four-wheel drive, do not park on a slope (on the side of the construction trailer). 4. Carport and existing items • The carport is not suitable for parking vehicles. It may only be used as a covered seating area. Side awnings are provided for wind protection. • Equipment, furniture and other items that are obviously located on the property must be treated with care. • All items used must be returned to their original place after the stay. • The construction trailer is locked and cannot be used. It serves only as storage space for training equipment. • The existing dry toilet must not be used. 5. Damage and contamination • Any damage to the premises or objects caused during the stay, whether by people or dogs, must be reported immediately. • Any damage or soiling caused by the previous tenant that was already noticed upon arrival must also be reported immediately. • If contamination, dog feces or rubbish left behind is found after use, a cleaning fee may be charged. 6. Cleanliness and waste • Please collect all of your dog's waste during your stay. Scoops are provided for this purpose. Collected dog waste can be disposed of over the fence into the bushes by the road. Please do not dispose of it over the fence onto the sandy path – that is where our customers park. • Anyone using dog poop bags must dispose of them in another way. • Cigarettes must be taken away or disposed of in the ashtray/glass provided on site. • All rubbish and other debris must also be taken away. Glass bottles are prohibited on the entire premises. Broken glass poses a significant risk of injury, especially to dogs. 7. Dogs and Health • Dogs using the training grounds must have valid dog owner's liability insurance. • The dogs must be free from parasites such as fleas and worms, as well as from infectious diseases, e.g. kennel cough or giardia. • If a dog causes property damage during its stay, the dog owner or their liability insurance is responsible. • The dog owner is responsible for any injuries or other damage that may occur to their own dog while using the premises. • The fence is 1.60 m high. Nevertheless, the responsibility for ensuring that your dog does not leave the premises lies with the dog owner. 8. Handling the dogs • Out of consideration and respect for the neighborhood, excessive and persistent barking should be avoided as much as possible. Digging is strictly prohibited on the entire training grounds. Any holes dug must be filled in completely and immediately to prevent injuries. Digging may only be done in the designated sandbox at the back. • The use of aversive training and correction tools is expressly prohibited on the premises. This includes, in particular: electric shock devices, water spray bottles, training discs, spray collars, throwing collars, and similar aversive means for correcting the dog. 9. Water • An IBC container filled with rainwater is available on site. You will find the tap to the right of the toilet. 10. Consideration • Please be considerate of the neighborhood and the adjacent properties. • The site and existing facilities should be left as they were found. This property and the opportunity to use it exclusively with your dog are something special. To ensure this offer can continue in the future, we ask you to treat the grounds, facilities, and all items with particular care and respect. Please leave the property as you found it – clean, tidy, and undamaged. Only through responsible behavior from all users can we continue to make this special place available to you.
