Nestled in the heart of Lower Saxony's natural landscape, right on the Weser cycle path: Welcome to the Archehof farm in Wechold. Your pitch is on paved ground, accessible year-round — right next to it is a large meadow where you can pitch your tent under the open sky. All around are a pond, an orchard, and sheep pastures. Depending on the season, you're welcome to sample the produce as you walk by. At the picnic area, tables, benches, a grill, and a cast-iron stove await you—perfect for evenings when time simply stands still. Dogs are welcome. Nearby, a visit to the Hof Holste farm shop is worthwhile – offering fresh vegetables, (seasonal) strawberries, homemade jams, and cakes. If you prefer to stay on the farm, Roma Pizza Martfeld delivers directly to your door. Supermarkets can be found in Hoya and Martfeld, each about 5 km away. Directions & Orientation The GPS will find us reliably. At the long driveway, you'll see the white fieldstone with the black house number 27 – drive in there. After the long driveway, turn right between the buildings and continue to the hedge. Your parking space is there; park your vehicle directly in front of it. You can camp behind the hedge in the picnic area or on the large meadow. The toilet, shower, and washing machine are located in the courtyard—signs will guide you there. Garbage disposal is also in the courtyard; please separate your waste. Fresh water is available behind the stable door, and electricity is located on the gable end of the stable building.
