About the site
I wish you a relaxing time in the wine region of the Elbe Valley. WEINAUZEIT impresses with its quiet, natural location with a great view of the Elbe valley and at the same time with its proximity to the Saxon metropolis of Dresden - ideal for all those who want to combine relaxation and excursions into the surrounding area. Escape the stress of everyday life and unwind with yoga or your coffee on your morning terrace. During the day, discover the wine country, the Friedewald forest, the Saxon wine trail, the diversity and culture of Dresden and the many sights in the surrounding area, and relax in the evening by a campfire with a glass of wine or tea at sunset. The excellent public transport connections (15-minute walk to the stop) allow you to reach most destinations without a car. By bicycle, you can easily reach the pond landscape and Moritzburg Castle or Meissen via Nassau on shady forest paths. Campervan pitch 5 x 6m only for smaller campervans up to 5m in length (E.g. VW bus, Mercedes V-Class, Ford Nugget). The access road is narrow, and the turning area for vans at the parking space is very limited! Permanent parking space with some wind protection from grapevines and a view over the Elbe valley. Tent area 3 x 6m on grass Maximum width for the tent is 3 m due to the terraced terrain. - Beautiful secluded location in a quiet area - Electricity and water - Toilet and shower - Fire barrel (but not during periods of high forest fire risk! Please collect the wood yourself in the forest) - Disposal of black and grey water is possible for a donation. It is a sloping plot of land with unsecured walls, some over 1.5 m high, therefore not exactly ideal for small children!

Ground rules Check-in between 3 pm and 8 pm Check out by 11 a.m. Water and electricity are included. Connections are located directly next to the pitch. Wastewater disposal: The house is not connected to the sewage system. Wastewater is collected in a cesspool, which is therefore limited in capacity. I therefore ask that you use water sparingly. The wastewater pit is located on the right at the end of the sloping driveway. Grey and black water can be disposed of via the lid. Please be sparing when rinsing the cassette. A 20 m long hose is also available for greywater disposal. This can be used. I would appreciate a small donation for disposal in the box at the site. Organic waste can be disposed of on the compost heap on the property. Please take household waste and plastics with you and dispose of them properly on your way. Shower A solar-powered outdoor shower is available for your use. Due to limited wastewater capacity, I would be grateful if anyone would use it. The house also has another small bathroom with a shower and toilet. It's the second room on the left, at the end of the room. Fire Fires are permitted in the fire pit or outdoor fireplace. Wood can be found at the campsite or gathered in the forest. Please be considerate of your neighbors regarding smoke and use only dry wood. Please check the current forest fire danger level for the Meißen region at https://www.mais.de/php/sachsenforst.php beforehand. From level 3 and higher, please refrain from lighting any open fires. In the interest of good neighborly relations, I kindly ask that music and conversations be kept at a reasonable volume. It should be a place of peace and relaxation for everyone. Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
