About the site
Single parking space on our property on a quiet residential street. Whether on the paved courtyard area (gravel), or between the trees on the lawn - you choose where you want to stand. We deliberately offer only one pitch so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature on your own. If you are traveling in a group, you can come together by prior arrangement; there is plenty of space. Here you can camp in a very natural setting. At the campsite nestled among the trees, only a water-filled ditch separates you from a pasture where a small herd of cows often grazes; directly in front of you, only a fence separates you from two horses (these are not guaranteed to be present, as they move between two pastures). The Sehestedt lido, with showers, swimming facilities and salt marshes, can be reached by bicycle in just under 10 minutes.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
