Experience absolute privacy: On our idyllic, approximately 6,500 m² private property bordering the forest, there is only ever one vehicle – you have the entire space to yourself. Enjoy pure peace and quiet surrounded by nature, with optimal access (just minutes from the motorway, completely free of traffic noise). Your parking space options: • Firm gravel surface • Or a spacious meadow (slightly sloping) Equipment & Conditions: Electricity: Via CEE plug or Schuko adapter (extension cable available). Can be booked additionally for €5 per 24 hours or max. 16 kWh (whichever comes first). IMPORTANT – Sanitary situation: There are no sanitary facilities (no toilet, no shower) and no disposal options for grey water or chemical toilets. Requirement: Your vehicle must have its own self-contained toilet. Using nature or the surrounding forest as a toilet is strictly prohibited. Perfect for self-sufficient campers seeking absolute relaxation, undisturbed nature, and a truly secluded spot. We look forward to welcoming you! Site rules for the motorhome parking space To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask you to observe the following rules: 1. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM – please no loud music, parties or other noise. 2. Barbecues are possible after consultation at the designated barbecue area. 3. Children are welcome to play on the lawn, and a soccer goal is also available. 4. Trampoline is not approved for use. 5. Private areas of the house are off-limits – please respect this area. 6. Please dispose of rubbish properly and leave the area clean. 7. Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a leash and keep them clean. 8. Consideration: Please always behave in such a way that other guests and neighbors are not disturbed.

Vielen lieben Dank, für diesen schönen Stellplatz. Wir hatten eine ruhige Nacht und wurden gleich bei der Anreise von Chris freundlich begrüßt. Die Wiese hatten wir für uns alleine und Chris, hat uns noch gesagt, wo man am besten stehen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grüße Katja und Thomas
