About the site
The property is about 3 km from the sea and about 1 km from the Santa Monica racetrack, better known as the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, which is within walking distance. The area is very quiet. The center of Misano Adriatico is about 4 km away, where you'll find supermarkets and various shops. The city of Riccione is about 6 km away, and Cattolica is about 5 km away. It's perfect if you have bikes: there's a bike path that leads to the sea. It's also ideal for those who want to explore the hills of the Romagna hinterland. The land is flat and shaded, as you can see in the photos. Drinking water and a shared refrigerator/freezer are available for guests. Less than 1 km away is a bar/restaurant where you can make reservations or dine in.
