Welcome to our simple and affordable RV parking space on our idyllic farm. We offer a solid concrete slab as a parking area, ensuring your vehicle is safe and stable. Please note our rules Keep driveways clear: Keep all driveways and paths clear at all times to avoid blocking access for other guests and farm vehicles. Keep calm: Please behave quietly and considerately to preserve the rural and peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Cleanliness: Keep the pitch clean and tidy. Please dispose of your trash properly and leave the pitch as you would like to find it. Respect the farm: Please respect the farm and its residents. Do not enter private or farm areas without permission. Pets: If you bring pets, please ensure that they are always under control and do not cause damage or disturb other guests. Fires and barbecues: Open fires and barbecues are not permitted on the pitch to ensure the safety of all guests. Noise restrictions: Please avoid loud activities and noises after 10 p.m. to respect the night's rest of other guests and the farm residents. Child supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially near farm equipment and vehicles. Driving speed: Please drive slowly and carefully on the farm grounds to ensure everyone's safety. Report damage: Please report any damage or problems you notice on the pitch immediately so that we can fix them as quickly as possible. No commercial activities: The pitch may not be used for commercial activities. Emergencies: In case of an emergency, please call the appropriate emergency numbers (118 for fire and rescue services, 117 for police) and inform the farm residents. Additional information: Please note that you are on a working farm. Odor emissions are possible at any time, and during harvest times, agricultural activities may also take place during the night. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
