About the site
Our two pitches are on our farm, just 3km from the North Sea on the Butjadingen peninsula. Each pitch has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and basin. Our pitches are paved, have a terrace and electricity at the pitch. There is a large garden with lots of play equipment and plenty of seating and lounging areas. Young and old can take part in feeding and milking. There are shops 3km away. Since we live here on the North Sea, the municipality charges a tourist tax of 3.20 euros per night for children aged 13 and over and 1.95 euros per night for children aged 3 and over. You pay this tourist tax to us in cash on site and we print out the tourist cards for you. We have a winter break from October 31 to March 31. Bookings are only possible for a minimum of 3 nights

We spent two beautiful nights in which we thoroughly enjoyed the idyllic rural setting and peace and quiet. We were able to explore the surrounding area a bit on the bikes we borrowed from the farm. In the evening, we were able to immerse ourselves a little more deeply in country life and help feed the calves. Our little daughter, in particular, had a blast on the fantastic playground. We'd love to come back.

We had a short but very pleasant stay. The site is very quiet, the hosts are very friendly, and it's certainly a special treat to have your own bathroom. The surrounding area was ideal for cycling, and our host's tips were spot on. I can only recommend the site.

Ein schönes, wenn auch regenreiches Wochenende bei Dirk und Melanie verbracht. Für unseren Enkel war es ein Erlebnis, bei der Fütterung der Kühe, Kälber und Hühner nicht nur zuzuschauen, sondern auch mit zu füttern. Wir sagen Dankeschön für die ausführliche Erklärung beim Melken der Kühe und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
