The pitch is located in Biella, less than 5 minutes from the city center, also reachable on foot. It is close to other houses. To see: Historic center Piazzo. Baptistery. It is possible to use the outdoor area (there is electricity in this area), the adjacent bathroom, the swing and the bouncy castle. It is not permitted to use the swimming pool or the children's house which will be demolished. Small dogs are allowed as long as they are sociable with other animals (they could meet a Labrador, a cat and two turtles) and their excrement is collected. The bathroom must be left clean after use to allow other guests to use it pleasantly.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
