Speaking of shopping: if you appreciate less frequented pedestrian zones and shopping centers, you will find some in 15 minutes heading south in Wiener Neustadt (EKZ Neustadt Nord, Fischapark,...) or in Eisenstadt in 20 minutes (EZE, beautiful pedestrian zone,...), Baden or Sopron/Ödenburg in Hungary can be reached in 30 minutes. You are in the middle of smaller towns/cities that offer a welcome change from the sometimes overrun Viennese hustle and bustle: Baden, Bad Vöslau, Wiener Neustadt, Eisenstadt, and others offer indoor and outdoor swimming pools: expressly recommended are the thermal baths Bad Vöslau, Bad Fischau, Thermalbad Baden or Aqua Nova, cinemas (Cineplexxx) also in the above-mentioned places Other excursion destinations: Nature walks and consistently flat cycling tours are possible right in the village, to the Haschendorfer Lake, the Had, along the Fischa to the source, into Burgenland via the Leitha or to the Wiener Neustädter Canal by bike Neighbouring towns with wine culture, such as Tattendorf, Deutsch Brodersdorf and Leithaprodersdorf, are also not far away and are a clear recommendation from us. 10 minutes (car) or 25 minutes (by bike) to Lake Neufelder with its beautiful lakeside resort.
