About the site
Pitch in a secluded, quiet location at the foot of the Vosges directly in front of a very large hiking area. Lakes, shops, restaurants nearby. Because of the location directly in the nature reserve, this is best suited for self-sufficient campers. Fresh water is not drinking water, and there is no electricity. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Since we are in a nature reserve, everything should be kept clean. No outdoor toilets. Petting animals is allowed. No feeding or entering the pasture. Dogs on a leash

The campsite is perfectly located for long hikes in the mountains. It's also paved and easy to use even in rainy weather. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality, Hulda!

Nice spot for hiking the Col de La Schlucht or shorter hikes. ☺️ Quiet, but the road leading to the hiking parking lot is busy. Not so much at night, though. Very poor to no internet reception. Water can be fetched from the stream below. A bit pricey, but there's enough space for two people.
A small, beautiful spot on a (paved) meadow, right next to a dead-end road, so it's quiet and has little traffic. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful starting point for short and long hikes.
