About the site
Welcome to "Fattoria", your cozy retreat in Cerea, in the province of Verona. The pitch is located on our own wooded property, near a small family farm, about 150 meters from our home. Here, simplicity meets nature, offering you a peaceful and relaxing break in a tranquil setting. The offer includes a pitch and water, nothing else The pitch is easily reachable with the navigator Maximum caravan size: 5.5 m The town, just a kilometer and a half away, can be reached in half an hour on foot and offers all essential services, including a municipal wastewater disposal area. Furthermore, all the major cities in northeastern Italy can be reached in no more than two and a half hours. For outdoor enthusiasts, the "Parchi di Cerea e Bovolone" cycling trail and the Oasi Brusa - Parco Vallette hiking trail are nearby. Within a 15 km radius, you can discover Montagnana Castle and the Bovolone Archaeological Museum. And for your daily shopping needs, various grocery stores are within easy reach. The address is not immediately easy to find as the house is set back behind another house, and you don't dare drive into the driveway straight away. We arrived with a caravan and the caravan has a total length of just under 7.5m. In my opinion, the caravan shouldn't be much longer, as once you're in the yard, you have to negotiate a tight S-bend with a slight incline that leads onto a field/meadow path. To be on the safe side, we uncoupled our caravan and moved it with the mover. The owners were always there to help us with all the necessary maneuvers. As the maneuvers used a lot of electricity, the owners were kind enough to provide us with electricity. We were even allowed to get water from the garden hose. The pitch itself was a small meadow with a slight slope. This was quickly compensated for by adjusting the caravan a little. You have to be particularly careful with tall campers, as some branches from the surrounding trees hang down onto the access path. PS: You don't need an alarm clock for early risers, the house and yard rooster takes care of that 🐓

The garden offers plenty of space and is quiet, but it's quite chaotic. The animals could use a bit more space. The owner is very nice and helpful and we found the place directly thanks to the photos

Very nice and pleasant people. Communication was quick and smooth. A lovely spot in a quiet backyard.

Easy to find thanks to the pictures. We received a very warm welcome and were able to harvest vegetables from the garden. We even had radicchio delivered. Thanks for the lovely days. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes there were very extreme.
