About the site
Idyllic campsite in the Franconian Lake District, surrounded by nature, a small stream, forest, meadow and a pond. The nearest villages are about 3 km away, offering shopping at farm shops, bakeries and butchers, as well as various supermarkets. On Sundays and public holidays, a visit to the Mäbenberg cowshed café is worthwhile; there you can watch the cows in the barn while enjoying homemade cake and other treats. In the immediate vicinity there are several cycling and hiking trails from which you can also reach the legendary Druid Stone. ATTENTION: Parking/camping and staying on the premises is done at the owner's complete exclusion of any liability!

Sehr schöner Platz, viele Feuerstellen, wunderschöne Gegend zum spazieren
Immer wieder ein Highlight! Wir haben hier wieder einmal eine sehr schöne Zeit mit unserem Wohnmobil verbracht. Der Stellplatz bietet alles, was man braucht. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an den Vermieter für das tolle und herzliche Gespräch – man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

Weil es so schön war, habe ich gleich noch mal verlängert. Wer autark ist, findet hier alles, was man braucht. Ein großartiger Platz! Und tolle Gastgeber… Wir sehen uns wieder!
Stefan und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber. Weil es mir – wieder einmal – so gut gefallen hat, habe ich gleich noch mal für zwei weitere Nächte verlängert. Das ist genau einer dieser Plätze, die man eigentlich gar nicht teilen möchte, so schön ist er: Ruhe, Wald, Vogelgezwitscher und der Karpfenweiher, ein tolles Paradies, welches Stefan mit viel Liebe geschaffen hat. Danke, dass du diesen Platz mit anderen teilst!
