About the site
There are several options: a bungalow, camping spots with a tent or for a 4x4, and space for a camper or motorhome on my property. There's a beautiful area by the river that's only accessible by 4x4; the rest is accessible to all vehicles. Services such as bathrooms and showers depend on whether the bungalow is available. The water is not potable.

The gate must remain closed at all times. The donkey's name is Milky and he is in his own home. The water is not drinkable unless otherwise indicated. The bathroom and shower facilities are located in the bungalow on the lower side of the property. If it is occupied, these facilities will not be available.

Sehr schlecht zu erreichender Stellplatz. Alles sehr primitiv. Gastgeber waren nicht da. Stellplatz mit Eselhinterlassenschafte übersät . Bei Nässe ohne Allrad kaum zu schaffen. Funknetz okay. Bin froh wenn ich wieder weg bin. Nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Als wir in den Offroadwegen nicht wussten, wohin wir fahren sollten, kam er nach einem Anruf direkt vorbei, um uns abzuholen. Die Wege zum wunderschön gelegenen Grundstück sind etwas abenteuerlich mit größerem und schwereren Van. Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich nicht direkt aufs Grundstück fahren, sondern in einem ruhigen und schönen Bereich davor verweilen. Selbst beim Rückweg half er uns, zurück zur Straße zu finden. Gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time here, enjoyed it so much that we stayed three days langer than we actually wanted. Both Victor and Genoveva are absolutely inspiring and heartwarming people. Whenever you get Here don't miss stopping by :). It's absolutely quiet and the nature is gorgeous. The access to the house was too small for our caravan so we stayed in a place in front of the entrance. Thanks again for the time we had here, for all the conversations and the wonderful evening we spent together. We will definitely come back when we're around ❤️

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
