About the site
Clearly visible on the Birkenallee, partly sunny but also shade possible. In the nearby Hennesee Lake, you can swim, ride an inflatable boat, or rent stand-up paddleboards. The beautiful and diverse landscape invites you to hike (the Golddorf routes, the Sauerland Höhenflug trail, etc.) or cycle (the Sauerland cycling ring). Meschede is 12 km away. Dogs allowed if the droppings are cleaned up.

Netter Platz! Keile sind auf jeden Fall nötig, da die Wiese eher schräg ist. Aber die Familie hilft bei allem, was man so braucht, selbst wenn man einen Trecker braucht, weil man sich festgefahren hat. :) Sehr nette Menschen!
Very nice contact, everything went perfectly.
Very friendly contact, wonderful location, and there are several parking options. We chose the meadow by Birkenallee. Wheel chocks are required, as the Sauerland region is notoriously hilly. Several hiking trails start right here or nearby. It's also a great starting point for cycling. We'd love to come back.
We received a very warm welcome, and we had a lovely, quiet spot on a meadow. The meadow is easy to navigate, and leveling wedges are helpful. We'd love to come back.
