Good morning:-) Quiet pitch in the countryside – ideal for nature lovers Our pitch is located at the end of the property, quiet and private, with its own driveway. Directly adjacent is a small paved terrace surrounded by spruce and apple trees, perfect for relaxing. Electricity is available via outdoor sockets. Water is also available (well water, not suitable for drinking). If needed, we are happy to fill water canisters with tap water—just let us know. In the immediate vicinity, there is a large meadow and pasture area with a small pond and irrigation ditches – ideal for walking the dog. Depending on the season, cranes, storks, herons, and wild geese can be observed. Deer and foxes also occasionally appear. The Schwaan artists' colony, with approximately 5,000 residents, is conveniently located between Bad Doberan, Rostock, Bützow, and Güstrow (each approximately 25 km away). The Baltic Sea near Warnemünde can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, and the A20 motorway is less than 10 minutes away. Wismar and Schwerin are also only about an hour away by car. Schwaan has a train station, with regular trains to Rostock, Güstrow, and Hamburg. A particularly attractive feature for cyclists is that the Berlin–Copenhagen long-distance cycle path runs right alongside the property. Schwaan itself is home to a climbing forest, ranked second among Germany's best climbing parks. Shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away.
