About the site
Austria, Carinthia, 9170 Ferlach Laak. A secluded location and private area for you and your family/friends. You book the entire 1/2-hectare, flat meadow with trees, shrubs, a teepee, a natural pond with a jetty, a beautiful clear stream for swimming, and a hand-held water pump, without other campers. Nudism is permitted. 3-4 pitches are available. If you'd like to arrive in a group, please contact us: *Asphalt parking lot always accessible (parking space near the linden trees) *Meadow pitches are accessible by arrangement and weather conditions: 1. Meadow near the fire pit (access via asphalt parking lot, drive up to a maximum of 15m to the fire pit, level) 2. Meadow near the stream (access before the bridge, lift out the fence, drive up to a maximum of 10m, level) 3. Meadow near the teepee (access in front of the teepee, drive up to a maximum of 15m, minimal slope) Level access and asphalt except for the last 200m of gravel road. A natural gem! *Use your own restroom (public: Hauptplatz 4, 9170 Ferlach) *Restaurant 5-minute drive from Roz campsite, Gotschuchen 34, 9173 Gotschuchen *Fresh water, wastewater, and sewage tank emptying 10-minute drive from Messeplatz 5, 9170 Ferlach *Public shower 22 minutes from Gewerbestraße 11, 9181 Feistritz im Rosental. Large solid wood table, chairs, lounger, benches, stand-up paddleboards, and bicycles are available, as well as a swing, tractor, and cable car for the children. During the colder season, for example, not all amenities may be available, such as the table being covered or the teepee not being set up. We travel a lot ourselves, so there are no hidden costs.

Regulate: 1. Children and furry friends like dogs are welcome. 2. Drive out of the meadow parking spaces in reverse without turning around and gently. 3. Maximum 10 people 4. Leave clean 5. Self-responsibility 6. Respectful behavior throughout the entire premises 7. Fire pit & campfire: a. Light fires only in the designated fire pit b. Keep fires small and controlled (max. approx. 40 cm) c. Always supervise fires d. Before lighting: Fill a bucket or watering can with water and have it ready. e. Only burn untreated wood f. Firewood: 1 full bucket €9 g. Please bring your own kindling/paper, get it from the house or collect it on site h. completely extinguish fire and embers i. No fires during strong winds, drought, or increased fire risk j. A fire extinguisher is located next to the front door of the house (for emergencies). 8. Legal Notice & Liability a. Lighting an open fire is generally permitted, provided there are no official restrictions. In the event of an officially ordered fire ban (e.g. by the district authority) or increased fire risk, open fires are strictly prohibited. b. Compliance with all legal regulations is the responsibility of the guests. c. Use of the fire pit is at your own risk. Guests are liable for damages, especially those caused by improper handling of fire (e.g., fire or property damage to the property, building or third parties). Any penalties or official consequences must be borne by the perpetrator himself. d. I exclude all liability. Liability for damages due to personal injury, as well as in cases of gross negligence or intent, remains unaffected. 9. In case of violation of the rules, we reserve the right to expel anyone from the premises.

Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit. Fires must not exceed 40cm in height and must be supervised at all times. Extinguish fires properly afterward. Was sollen wir sagen? Einfach nur ein traumhafter Platz, den Karl hier geschaffen hat! Es war wirklich grandios, einen so schönen Platz mitten in der Natur ganz für sich zu haben, dem Hund hat’s auch sehr gut gefallen! Wir haben die vielen Spazierwege erkundet, Abkühlungen im Bach genossen und die umliegenden Berge bewundert. Die Kommunikation mit Karl war super nett und einfach. Definitiv einer der schönsten Stellplätze bei VanSite 🌟 Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Der Platz ist ein absoluter Traum! Das Grundstück ist riesig und es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken. Das Tipi, der Teich mit Steg, die Sitzgelegenheiten, die Bienen, die Feuerstelle (die ich allerdings nicht genutzt habe) und die Liebe zum Detail machen dieses Fleckchen Erde zu einem Paradies. Mein absolutes Highlight ist der eigene Einstieg in den eiskalten, glasklaren Bach, den ich bei den heißen Temperaturen des öfteren besucht habe. Auch Karl habe ich kennengelernt, der mich herzlich mit einer Flasche Wein und einem sehr netten Schwätzchen begrüßt hat und auch davor und danach steht's auf all meine Nachrichten und Fragen direkt geantwortet hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit hier 🙏🏼☀️

So ein schöner Platz mitten in der Natur mit wundervoller Aussicht und einem (perfekten) eiskalten Bach! Wir haben unsere Zeit dort unglaublich genossen und Karl hat uns bei allem super geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Ein absoluter traumhaft schönes Fleckchen Natur. Wor sind ganz verliebt in diesen Platz. Danke an Karl, dass du diesen Platz teilst. Karl ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und lieber Gastgeber, der uns persönlich begrüßt hat und uns den Abend mit einer leckeren Flasche Wein versüßt hat. Wir haben hier sehr schöne, entspannte Tage, bei bestem Wetter verbracht. Vielen lieben Dank Karl.
