Welcome to Flattnitz! Experience the peace and beauty of our Gurktal Alps at an altitude of 1400 meters. Our 4 pitches offer breathtaking views of the alpine pastures from where you can embark on wonderful hikes. Our pitches: * 4 parking spaces in a quiet and idyllic location * All pitches have their own electricity connection * 3 pitches also have their own fresh water connection * shared garden with a swimming pool, swing, trampoline and outdoor barbecue area. → Due to the lack of water, we unfortunately do not have a swimming pool this year (2026). However, there are 3 different natural swimming pools within a 20-minute drive. As compensation, we will reimburse you for the entrance fees to these pools! Equipment: * Bathroom with underfloor heating and sink in the main house (shower and toilet on the ground floor) * Blackwater disposal via cassette (greywater disposal not possible) * Electricity connection (16A) for €0.85/kWh For our animal friends: Dogs are welcome, but must get along with our two dogs and free-range chickens. * Cows and calves on the neighboring meadow in summer Service: * Bread roll service, fresh bread rolls daily * "Flattnitz Eck" - our small snack bar with, among other things, freshly prepared pizzas and ribs * Washing machine We look forward to your visit! * Dogs are welcome. However, they must be able to get along with other animals. We have two dogs ourselves and our bantams also move freely around our property. In the summer, cows (with their calves) are always present in the neighboring meadow and in the forest. * Please leave the pitch as you found it upon arrival. * Naturally respect for nature and the environment * Local tax (€ 2.50 pPpN) to be paid on site * Electricity € 0.85/kWh (if needed, of course) * Washing machine: € 2.50/wash (if used, of course)

Schöner Stellplatz in toller Gegend. Giny und Peet sind herzliche, supersympatische Gastgeber. Wir haben hausgemachte, leckere Pizza bis an den Stellplatz gebracht bekommen. Alles Super 👍
Unsere alle erste Nacht im Dachzelt als Familie, war mehr als gelungen. Top Gastgeber, alles was das Herz begehrte. Auch für beide Kids war genug da, um die Zeit zu vertreiben. Gern wieder …
Der Stellplatz bei Giny und Peet ist Superklasse. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen,alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt,sehr zu empfehlen ist das leckere Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Hillu und Wolle
Rundum schöner Aufenthalt:) Giny und Peet haben uns herzlichst empfangen und die Lage und der Platz sind wirklich schön. Kommen gerne mal wieder.
Die beiden sind super lieb und man hat alles was man braucht, selbst das WLan war vom Auto aus super! Und man kann hier sehr schön wandern gehen!

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
