About the site
A pretty little garden with fruit trees, a vegetable patch and a pond with frogs and fish. Barbecue facilities, sink, table tennis, solar shower, loungers, pergola and night lighting. Toilet in the house. WiFi is available near the garden pavilion, but not at the pond. Please note that the cantonal tourist tax must be paid on site (3 CHF/P/N). Children up to 14 years do not pay. A power socket is now available next to the pond for light, refrigerator, etc., but not suitable for electric heating.

Nice hosts. Everything was very straightforward. Beautiful garden. We really enjoyed it.

We received a warm welcome from Philippe. He also spoke perfect German, which is rather unusual in this region. The lake is a 20-30 minute walk away. And the nearest town, Estavayer-le-Lac, is simply magical. Our host received a friendly welcome. You shouldn't expect a 4-star hotel, but we lacked nothing. There was drinking water, electricity, a toilet, and a shower. The garden is beautifully landscaped. The frog noises were audible but not disturbing. You can also hear the street, which was fine for us. We were even allowed to build a small fire with Philippe's wood in the fire bowl we brought with us. Thank you for the stay.
